What Is the Importance of Orthodontics?

Fixing orthodontic issues is not just about appearances and self-esteem; there are also crucial dental health considerations. Malocclusions could make chewing and talking hard, erode the enamel of healthy teeth, as well as place undue pressure on your gum tissue and surrounding bone. Furthermore, overlapping or crooked teeth are hard to clean, putting you at risk for gum disease and tooth decay.

Dr. Pendleton loves everything about orthodontics, particularly getting to know his patients. He enjoys working tirelessly on every case, customizing the perfect bite and smile for every distinct circumstance.

At Pendleton Orthodontics, the staff can help with numerous orthodontic problems, including bite issues, dental alignment issues, sleep apnea, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders. Some of the services you could access at the clinic include, but are not limited to:

· Braces

· Invisalign®

· Retainers

· Teeth whitening

· Smile makeover

· Temporary anchorage devices (TADS)

· Surgical orthodontics

If you have any queries or concerns regarding your teeth’ alignment, position, or spacing, you should arrange an appointment with Dr. Pendleton. Call the office or request online to explore the available care options.
